In a world that rarely slows down, finding a moment to simply be can feel like a luxury. At Tregenna Castle Resort, we’re inviting you to do just that.
This spring and summer, step into the gardens, take a breath, and rediscover the joy of creativity with our Mindful Sketching Experience, led by talented West Cornwall artist Ingrid Brown.
Whether it’s the movement of the trees, the changing light across the bay, or the quiet corners of the garden, you’ll be guided to see Tregenna from a completely new perspective.
Led by Local Artist Ingrid Brown
West Cornwall artist Ingrid Brown brings a calm, encouraging approach to each session, helping you tune into both your creativity and the natural world around you. Her sessions are designed to be relaxed, welcoming and free from pressure, making them perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike.
What to Expect
Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down and immerse yourself in the moment. You’ll be gently guided through mindful observation and simple sketching techniques, allowing your creativity to flow naturally.
All materials are provided, so you can simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy the experience.
When and Where
Join us in the gardens at Tregenna on:
- Tuesdays, 10:00am – 12:00pm
- Thursdays, 4:00pm – 6:00pm
- Starting from 7th April 2026
Who Is It For?
Everyone.
You don’t need any prior experience, just a willingness to slow down and try something new. Whether you’re visiting on holiday, local to St Ives, or simply looking for a mindful escape, this is a beautiful way to spend a couple of hours.
