We're thrilled to announce our partnership with Bay Fitness Yoga - INSTA @bayfitnessandyoga

Join us every Sunday and Wednesday during term time for invigorating sessions that will nurture your mind, body, and soul.

Here's what's on offer:

Fitness Class: 7.45am - 8.30am (45-minute session) - £10 per session.

Yoga: 8.45am - 9.45am (1-hour session) - £12 per session.

Designed to ignite your inner strength and cultivate peace within, these sessions are open to individuals aged 16 and above. Whether you're a guest, local, or non-resident, you're warmly welcomed to join us!

Weather permitting, we'll be practicing on our front croquet lawn or tennis courts. In case of less favourable conditions, find us in the Brunel Lounge (located through the front castle entrance and to the left).

And if you're up for some dancing and crafting fun, Haarts presents craft workshops featuring your Frozen favourites, promising lots of singing and laughter. But the magic doesn't stop there! Prepare to be dazzled by Timbo's spellbinding performance that will leave you mesmerised. For those with a sweet tooth, roll up your sleeves and make your own cookie dough with our talented chefs, then decorate the pre-made creations to your heart's content. And if you're feeling adventurous, embark on a wild journey with Mark's Ark and meet exotic animals up close.

Activity locations will be revealed just before the scheduled time, so be sure to check in with reception. Get ready for a week filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories at Tregenna!
