The Cornish Cider & Wine Experience

Enjoy a relaxing two night stay with a cream tea and cider tasting board on the first day and a wonderful self-guided tour of Polgoon vineyard and orchards near Penzance on the second day. Our tasty buffet breakfast is also included on both mornings.

Enjoy a tasting board of crisp, refreshing Cornish Orchard ciders on your first night followed by a self-guided tour of Polgoon vineyard on the second day, offering award-winning wines. Each sip will tantalize your taste buds and reveal the unique terroir of Cornwall.

Exclusive Access: Gain access to a self-guided tours of nearby cider orchards and vineyard at Polgoon near Penzance, where you'll have the opportunity to meet the makers, learn about their craft firsthand, and witness the stunning landscapes that inspire their creations. You can also upgrade to a Guided Tour too. Speak with Polgoon when booking your tour.
3. Culinary Delights: You can also enjoy a wonderful Cornish Cream Tea at Tregenna on your arrival day along with our wonderful buffet breakfast on both mornings. Why not complement your cider tasting experience with an enticing meal in Godrevy View restaurant (not included), sourced from local producers. Discover the perfect pairing for your favorite cider or wine and indulge in the flavours of Cornwall.
4. Breathtaking Setting: Set against the backdrop of Tregenna Castle's historic grounds and the stunning vistas of St Ives Bay, this experience promises to be as visually captivating as it is delicious. Take in the panoramic views as you sip and savour, and create memories to last a lifetime.

Once booked with us, we will provide a voucher(s) for Polgoon where you will have to book the tour with them direct. You will also have the opportunity to upgrade to a guided tour for a small fee should you wish.

All bookings are sold on a pre-paid, non-refundable basis. We cannot guarantee the availability of the self-guided tours at Polgoon so please contact them direct in advance to avoid disapointment. No refunds shall be given in the instance of inclement weather. The vouchers are not dated so they could be used on a different date, subject to availability (April to September)

*Please note that you will need to make your own way to Polgoon Vineyard on the outskirts of Penzance. Tregenna does not offer transportation. You can get the train from St Ives to Penzance (via St Erth) and then a taxi or busses stop near to the vineyard. Please check with Polgoon with any specific questions.
