1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or older, except employees of Tregenna Castle Resort and Polgoon Vineyard and Orchard, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition.

2. Competition Period:

• The competition starts on 23rd April 2024  and ends on 2nd May at 09.00 AM (the "Competition Period").

3. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must sign up to our Tregenna and Polgoon Competition in the form below.  If you do not wish to receive email communication from Tregenna or Polgoon in the future, simply unsubscribe by following the link in email footer.
• Entries must be received during the Competition Period.

4. Winner Selection:

• A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
• The winner will be contacted within 10 days after the competition ends via email address provided.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours or is found to be ineligible, an alternative winner may be chosen.
• Under no circumstances will the winner be contacted via social media and entrants should be aware of scams.

5. Prize:

• The prize consists of a two night stay in a West Wing Sea View Room (subject to availability) at Tregenna Castle Resort
• A 3-course meal for two people at Godrevy View Restaurant at Tregenna Castle Resort.
• The prize does not include any additional food or beverage items or gratuities.
• The prize includes a guided tour for two at Polgoon Vineyard and Orchard. This includes a relaxed but informative walk around the Vineyard and Orchard at Polgoon. Deep dive into what it's like to grow a vineyard in Cornwall. experience the tank room where Polgoon will show you how they make their award winning sparkling wines in the traditional method, and how they let the fruit speak for itself. Once back at the Vinehouse restaurant at Polgoon the team will guide you through five different wines, including a sparkling, white, rose and red wine.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
• Drinking to excess will not be permitted, and all participants are required to drink responsibly at all times. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol to any participant at any time without prior notice. This guided tour voucher cannot be exchanged for money or a monetary voucher.

6. Prize Usage:

• Expiry date cannot be changed.
• Prize must be taken between May - September 2024 or May - September 2025 (excluding local school holidays).
• The reservations for the accommodation and meal should be made in advance with Tregenna Castle Resort and Polgoon Vineyard, subject to availability, and in accordance with the Resort and Vineyard operating hours and policies. The prize offering must be taken at the same time.

7. Publicity:

• By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as requested by Tregenna Castle and Polgoon Vineyard.

8. Data Protection:

• Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and email marketing from Tregenna and Polgoon and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

9. General Terms:

• Tregenna Castle reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Normal T&C's apply.
