There’s nothing we enjoy more on a warm summer’s day than heading down to Porthmeor Beach, grabbing an ice cream, and soaking up the fresh sea air. As a Blue Flag award-winning beach, it’s no surprise that it’s a popular destination with surfers and swimmers alike. For a truly relaxing experience, we recommend packing up a picnic and spending a day lounging on the soft golden sand.
With an extensive selection of rides to choose from, including exhilarating rollercoasters and the ever-popular log flume, Flambards is the perfect choice for a fun-filled day out for the whole family. If you, or the grandparents, fancy a slightly more tame experience, then we would recommend exploring the Victorian Village.
The perfect choice for a fun-filled day, Lappa Valley Steam Railway is a popular destination with families. Enjoy a picturesque ride on the Newlyn Branch Line railway, play a round of crazy golf, or make the most of the beautiful surroundings on the family-friendly canoe boating lake. Oh, and we would definitely recommend a visit to the Ice Cream Express, where they serve delicious Cornish ice cream.
