Lookout Cottage – A Cosy Retreat with Historic Charm

Once part of our estate’s historic stable complex, Lookout Cottage has been beautifully restored into a charming one-bedroom retreat, perfect for couples or small families. Sleeping up to four guests, this characterful cottage features a zip & link double/twin bedroom and a cosy double sofa bed in the lounge, offering a flexible and inviting space to unwind.

Designed for comfort and convenience, Lookout Cottage is spread across two levels. While there are no steps to enter the property, the bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower ground floor, with the lounge area up a few steps. Due to this layout, the cottage is not classified as an accessible property.

Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, and tea & coffee making facilities, plus WiFi to keep you connected. Step outside to a small patio, a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day exploring the Cornish coast.

Nestled in the old stables area, Lookout Cottage offers a tranquil escape while providing full access to Tregenna’s fantastic resort facilities, including swimming pools, golf, and scenic woodland trails. Car parking is available in the Castle Village car park, just a short walk from the property.

Once the grand gatehouse to our estate, the South Lodges have been beautifully restored to offer a charming retreat within our Simply Cosy Collection. Nestled in a peaceful courtyard setting, these characterful lodges provide a warm and welcoming space for couples and families to relax and unwind. Each lodge features a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge, making them ideal for a romantic escape or a fun-filled family break.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and fuss-free stay, including a lounge area, main bathroom, WiFi, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, oven (no hob), toaster, and tea & coffee making facilities. While the South Lodges are accessed via steps and are not classified as accessible properties, we have four lodges available—two on the ground floor and two on the first floor—so please check before booking if you have specific requirements.

Set within Tregenna’s 72-acre estate, these lodges offer the perfect blend of charm, convenience, and affordability, with full access to our fantastic facilities, including swimming pools, golf course, woodland walks, and more. Car parking is available in the Castle Village car park, just a short walk from the property.
