  • Terms and Conditions

    1. Eligibility:

    • The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or older, except employees of Tregenna Castle Resort, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition.

     

    2. Competition Period:

    • The competition starts on 11th January 2026  and ends on 16th January 2026 at 09.00 AM (the "Competition Period").

     

    3. How to Enter:

    • To enter, participants must enter their details below with a valid email address.  If you do not wish to receive email communication from Tregenna in the future, simply unsubscribe by following the link in email footer.
    • Entries must be received during the Competition Period.

     

    4. Winner Selection:

    • A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
    • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in January 2026.
    • If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours or is found to be ineligible, an alternative winner may be chosen.
    • Under no circumstances will the winner be contacted via social media and entrants should be aware of scams.

     

    5. Prize:

    • The prize consists of a three night stay in Bayview or an alternative/suitable self catering property if an unforeseen circumstance arises.
    • The prize is for a maximum of 4 persons (must stay in the same property).
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

     

    6. Prize Usage:

    • The prize must be redeemed by 20 December 2026.
    • Excludes Whitsun local school holidays, Summer holidays and Christmas period.
    • Subject to availability.

    7. Publicity:

    • By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as requested by Tregenna Castle.

     

    8. Data Protection:

    • Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and email marketing from Tregenna and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

     

    9. General Terms:

    • Tregenna Castle reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • Normal T&C's apply.
