The well known and incredibly successful St Ives Food and Drink Festival is back at our local beach this weekend!
After the last festival in September, it’s making a return for a sunnier season from the 13th-15th May - and we can’t wait to get our hand on some more amazing cuisine.
Gather your friends, family and even your furry companions down at Porthminster Beach for a day of foody fun. The festival is filled with three days of culinary experts, a wide variety of food and beverages as well as all kinds of entertainment. The festival work with the very best local businesses to deliver the most delicious selection of food stands to the festival year after year.
With chefs such as Jack Stein and Emily Scott, and masterclasses by Pol Roger and St Austell Brewery, it’s the perfect weekend trip for any foodies - and a chance to spend the day in the Cornish sunshine.
It’s not just a day for adults though! Little ones will have plenty to do, from the bouncy slide to sports games, face painting, circus activities and more, there’s more than enough to make it the most enjoyable family day out.
And after a long weekend of indulging in tasty treats on the beach, where better than Tregenna Castle to rest for the next big day ahead? With a range of hotel rooms or self-catering properties, there’s room for everyone, but be quick as we have limited availability!
