Christmas Eve
Arrive from 3pm to a warm festive welcome, complete with delicious cream teas and traditional mince pies by the fire.
Enjoy complimentary unlimited golf throughout your stay, perfect for a breath of fresh winter air.

As evening falls, enjoy a delightful 3-course dinner in the Trelawney Room from 18:30.
Then gather around our beautifully decorated tree for heartwarming carols with Nicole Tesseyman from 20:30, a truly magical way to begin your Christmas celebrations.

Christmas Day
Awake to the excitement of Christmas morning and enjoy a hearty festive breakfast served between 07:30 and 09:30, complete with a special visit from Father Christmas himself.

Relax and unwind as we prepare your spectacular Christmas feast. Olives will be open from 10:00, and our Leisure Centre welcomes you between 09:00 and 11:00.

Raise a glass at a sparkling reception in the Brunel Lounge at 12:30, before taking your seat for the highlight of the day, our traditional Tregenna Christmas Lunch in the Trelawney Room, served at 13:00.

Spend a cosy afternoon enjoying board games and our festive Christmas quiz, followed by a slice of rich Christmas cake while watching the King’s Speech.

As evening settles in, enjoy a Cornish cold buffet with cheese and port from 18:30, accompanied by the soothing sounds of Roger Miners on the piano.

Boxing Day
After a joyful Christmas Day, ease into the morning with a relaxed brunch served between 08:00 and 10:30.

Take in the beauty of St Ives with a refreshing winter walk along local trails and beaches.
For the adventurous, why not join the traditional Boxing Day charity swim at Porthminster Beach from 12:00 (TBC as it is externally organised)?

Olives will be open for drinks from 10:00 and food from 12:00.

In the evening, enjoy a fun and flavourful 3-course fish and chip dinner in the Trelawney Room from 18:30, brought to life with lively sea shanties, followed by a cosy screening of the beloved Fisherman’s Friends film.

Sunday 27th
Enjoy one last indulgence with our delicious Tregenna breakfast before bidding farewell and heading home with hearts full of festive memories.

Automatic prepayments are required in accordance with the payment plan. We will send reminders to the email address provided at least 2 days before payment is taken. All payments made are non-refundable. In the event of a missed payment, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation.

    • A £15.00 per person non-refundable & non-transferrable deposit is required to confirm your booking (payment is to be settled by one person i.e. no individual payments from attendees)
    • Under no circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable or transferable except in the case of cancellation by the hotel
    • Final payment is required no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date (if the event is booked within 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment must be made at the time of booking)
    • If payments are made via BACS the group name and event date must be used as a reference
    • We recommend that all bookings are made on minimum/confirmed numbers. Increasing numbers is subject to availability. Charges apply for decrease in contracted numbers (either loss of deposit, or loss of full balance if cancelled within 4 weeks)
    • Party nights will be cancelled if group numbers fall below x120 guests.
    • Food orders and dietary requirements must be received a month prior to the event date, or if the event is booked within a month of arrival, at the time of booking
