  • Provisional bookings will be held for no longer than 1 week
  • A £15.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking (payment is to be settled by one person i.e. no individual payments from attendees)
  • Final payment is required no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date (if the event is booked within 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment must be made at the time of booking)
  • If payments are made via BACS the group name and event date must be used as a reference
  • We recommend that all bookings are made on minimum/confirmed numbers. Increasing numbers is subject to availability. Charges apply for decrease in contracted numbers (either loss of deposit, or loss of full balance if cancelled within 4 weeks)
  • Under no circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable or transferable except in the case of cancellation by the hotel
  • Food orders and dietary requirements must be received a month prior to the event date, or if the event is booked within a month of arrival, at the time of booking
  • All bookings are subject to availability

  *We appreciate that party goers are at Christmas parties to let their hair down however last year a lot of party goers arrived a little worse for wear before the evening started.  If people have had too much to drink before the night has begun we will have no other choice but to turn they away so other people’s nights are not affected. Any turned away on the night will not be refunded.
