The cost of your maintenance is very carefully controlled by a ceiling placed on any increases (full details are in the constitution) this contributes to making your ownership at Tregenna Homes one of the best in the world. The annual maintenance fee provides you with worry free management of your holiday home. In order to maintain the high standard of your unit, everything necessary will be done on your behalf. Basically, your management fee covers items such as insurance of the building and contents, repairs and renovations, decorating, inside and outside maintenance and replacement of fixtures and fittings, plus use of leisure facilities. Items such as your TV licence, housekeeping, the supply of all fresh linen and towels, replenishment of toilet rolls, soaps etc. are also covered.
